FAQS

WHAT HAPPENS DURING A GYMNASTICS CLASS?

Each class begins with a pulse raising excersise and a gymnastics specific warm up and stretch. This is to ensure the body is ready for the challenges of gymnastics.
We then proceed to teach individual skill elements specific to the class you have enrolled in.

WHAT SHOULD MY CHILD WEAR TO GYMNASTICS?

All recreational gymnasts must attend session appropriately dressed for health and safety reasons. We would like to see all members wearing leotards, shorts, t-shirts, leggings (with no zips, buttons or skirts).

Gymnasts who have long hair must have their hair tied back prior to their class commencing.

We operate a strict NO JEWELLERY policy. We obtain the right to refuse access to a gymnast into their lesson if they are wearing ANY jewellery.
